Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve analytical issues, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of generated data.
• Interpret complex analytical data and provide comprehensive reports to R&D teams.
• Lead analytical support for new product development projects, from early-stage research through to commercialization.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in analytical instrumentation and methodologies.
• Mentor junior analytical chemists and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D scientists, process engineers, and quality assurance personnel.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (e.g., GLP, GMP) where applicable.
• Manage laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration, maintenance, and performance verification.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in analytical chemistry, with a strong focus on method development and validation in a research or industrial setting.
• Extensive hands-on experience with a broad range of analytical instruments and techniques, particularly chromatography (HPLC, GC) and mass spectrometry (LC-MS, GC-MS).
• Proficiency in data analysis software and statistical methods.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex analytical challenges independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote collaboration and reporting.
