To continue their success, they are now seeking a Senior Research Manager to work closely with the Director and help take the business to new heights.This role calls for someone ready to hit the ground running.

You'll be responsible for creating detailed maps and visual data; updating and maintaining databases; conducting site visits to gather field data; performing demand modelling to support strategic planning; writing detailed reports; developing presentations; attending meetings; engaging with clients; and contributing to business proposals.

Each day brings fresh challenges and opportunities to add value across a diverse range of projects.Beyond research, you'll take on a key leadership role – training junior staff, reviewing their work, and helping grow the firm's next generation of talent.

Working within a close-knit, dynamic team, your insights will be vital to maintaining the high standards the firm is known for.You will have 5 to 8 years' experience in property research and hold a degree in Town Planning or Real Estate.

Proficiency in GIS software is essential; strong analytical skills and experience in demand modelling will set you apart.

Familiarity with AI tools to assist in report writing is a bonus.

You'll be confident using advanced Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and possess excellent communication skills to engage clients and deliver clear, insightful reports.
