Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic remote team.

This position plays an integral role in our organization's success.

The ideal candidate will be someone who can work independently, think on their feet, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

You'll be expected to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities that contribute directly to the success of our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing communications with clients, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple departments.

Responsibilities:
  1. Populate and distribute minutes from meetings promptly and accurately.
  2. Answer phone calls, manage communications, and engage with clients professionally and effectively.
  3. Enter and update data in various databases and systems accurately.
  4. Support various projects and initiatives across different departments.
  5. Provide administrative support to different departments, stepping in to assist with various tasks as needed.
  6. Be proactive in identifying areas where support is needed, and take the initiative to address them without waiting for direction.
  7. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
  8. Grasp new concepts and tasks quickly and adapt to changes with ease.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment and are comfortable working independently.
  • Are client-facing and able to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone and through email.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Are proactive and able to take the initiative to get things done without constant supervision.
  • Are quick to adapt, grasp new tasks or information rapidly, and think on your feet.
  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 08:30 am – 17:00 pm (UK Hours)

Compensation: R - R per month depending on experience. 40 days of paid leave per year. Fully remote working.
