Direct report to an EXCO member, therefore autonomy in daily activities and implementation of strategy, with regular check-in meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Collaborate with senior management to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Utilize your entrepreneurial mindset to identify new opportunities and innovative solutions in recruitment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in running a successful recruitment desk in the recruitment industry (at least 2-5 years).
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from securing business, sourcing candidates to placing them in suitable roles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Be a hunter. Generate new business.
  • Thrive in a high-performance sales culture. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Can work in a mature recruitment environment where they do not need daily supervision.
  • Is an office-based role; flexibility can be discussed once billings are consistent at the expected level.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment.
