We’re looking for an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves the thrill of winning business, and wants to be part of something meaningful.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Stellenbosch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing full-cycle (360°) recruitment processes: from client briefings to sourcing, interviewing, and placements
  • Building deep, trust-based relationships with clients and candidates
  • Engaging with mission-driven clients to understand their workforce needs and talent strategies
  • Identifying and attracting top-tier talent through creative and strategic sourcing
  • Advising clients on market insights, salary benchmarks, and long-term workforce planning
  • Delivering on individual and team targets without compromising on quality or integrity
  • Collaborating internally to streamline processes and build sector knowledge
  • Using digital tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM systems, etc.) to manage workflows and candidate pipelines

Requirements:

  • 4+ years’ experience in recruitment, business development, or sales
  • A proven track record in meeting financial targets and building lasting client relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree (in any field – advantageous but not essential)
  • A passion for purpose-led work
  • Commercial acumen paired with empathy, curiosity, and grit
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-performance, fast-growth environment
