StepStone Group is expanding its Talent Acquisition team in South Africa to lead end-to-end recruitment, focusing on Sales roles while supporting other functions as needed. You will partner with senior stakeholders, drive data-driven hiring decisions, and champion the use of AI to refine sourcing, assessment, and recruitment processes across the region.

The role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration with a global team, and hybrid work arrangements.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
• Proven track record of successful Sales recruitment.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and improve processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, capable of working with a global team.

Mansioni

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, primarily for Sales roles in South Africa, with capacity to support other functions.
• Design market and function talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring goals and improve efficiency.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a strategic TA partner with data-driven insights.
• Analyse recruitment metrics, market trends and data to identify insights and drive improvements.
• Leverage AI and other innovative technologies to enhance sourcing, assessment, and hiring strategies.
