Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant. Our client has a friendly and welcoming team who are already working with over 70% of all semiconductor companies in the world. The opportunity is huge with no restrictions on companies.

The ideal candidate will excel in this position by successfully aiding recruiting efforts and fulfilling the clients' needs by matching clients with open positions in the company. The candidate must be able to source and qualify leads that meet the company's criteria. To be successful, the candidate should understand the technical depth of the industry and the company to become an effective talent partner.

In This Role You Can Expect To
  • Work as a 360 recruiter in the area of hardware and software.
  • Develop this area and cross-sell into existing clients.
  • Use various tools such as internal database, LinkedIn, job boards, and headhunting to proactively source the finest candidates.
  • Work towards tight deadlines and targets to ensure delivery of our service to our customers.
  • Build lasting relationships with candidates, ensuring their expectations are managed, including feedback, salaries, and interviews.
  • Provide first-class customer service.
Who are you?
  • Have experience with software, electronic, or semiconductor recruitment, or a similar area of recruitment.
  • Determined, driven, and results-focused.
  • Interested in traveling and visiting candidate and customer sites nationally and internationally.
