The purpose of the Senior Recruitment Consultant is to partner with hiring managers to find candidates to fill temporary and permanent job positions within SLA.

The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for attracting the right culture fit and skill sets into the business.

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee bulk to senior recruitment requirements
  • Be the coordinator between HR and Line Management for all roles
  • Conduct telephonic interviews for bulk recruitment before shortlisting candidates for hiring managers to interview

You will need:

  • 3+ years proven experience in recruitment
  • Degree / Diploma
  • Understanding of sourcing techniques
  • The ability to work in a high feedback, metrics-driven environment
