We are a leading BPO based in Wynberg, Cape Town seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team.
As a Senior Recruiter, you will assume a leading role within our team, driving the recruitment / bulk efforts for a variety of our campaigns. Your experience and expertise will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. To contribute to our ongoing success, this role will also oversee and lead the recruitment team and the company's recruitment needs.Competitive marked salary depending on experience

Grade 12 with Minimum 3 - 5 years+ in recruitment / bulk Tertiary qualification and / or experience in related field e.g. HR would be advantageous. Previous Leadership / supervisory role in managing recruitment / team Experience in working in the BPO / Financial Sector (Advantageous) Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, empower, and develop teams. Proven ability to manage internal customer relationships effectively, ensuring recruitment operational delivery aligns with campaign contractual obligations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and communicate across all levels. Proactive in addressing customer needs, understanding client expectations, and maintaining client satisfaction. Proficiency in recruitment data analysis, interpretation, and using data to drive recruitment operational improvements. Excellent problem-solving and pro-active forward thinking Target driven Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent English proficiency with neutral English accent (Read, Write, Speak) Knowledge of recruitment process automation and systems such as ZOHO Recruit (A definite advantageous and preferred). Proficiency Microsoft Office i.e. Work, Excel, PowerPoint and reporting Reside in the Western Cape Own transport (advantageous) SA Citizen Criminal Clear Able to work weekends should operational need require (Advantageous) Able to start as soon as possible (advantageous) Brief responsibilities for this position include(not limited to) : Develop a pool of qualified candidates as required by the position using sourcing strategies such as passive candidate sourcing, leverage assigned sourcers, employ individual methodologies to source candidates via social media Oversee, and collaborate with the Recruiting team to determine appropriate sourcing strategy Create and maintain strong networking relationships with internal departments Work as a key member in supporting the company’s Diversity Initiatives with a focus on networking and talent acquisition Conduct preliminary phone interviews / screens with selected candidates to further validate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements using behavioral-based interview techniques Builds winning TA strategy by taking information gathered from HR & the business and staying ahead of business needs to proactively search for a diverse pool of top industry talent using various recruiting methods (direct sourcing, internal recruitment, web-based, print media, social media) Full life cycle recruitment, including Induction (onboarding and offboarding) Daily responsibilities include leading the recruitment team, sourcing active and passive candidates, internal customer management, and administration of requests via ZOHO – RECRUIT platform Seek opportunities to remove obstacles and implements complex and unique recruiting approaches Ensure recruitment pipeline remains active, to ensure targets met in terms of stringent bulk recruitment which may occur. Ensure the Zoho Recruit system and database is maintained in order to reflect accurate data at all times. Organise Open days where applicable Draft and post internal / external vacancies Manage performance of recruiters and KPI targets Ability to analyze data, generate reports and identify improvement opportunities in the process. Run process improvement initiatives and drive efficiency. Ensure adherence to required required Recruitment / HR policies and process at all times.
