Job summary

Communicate Recruitment is seeking a Senior Software Developer (React) to lead frontend initiatives, influence architecture decisions, and deliver modern, scalable products. The role requires ownership of technical direction and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a growing engineering environment.

You will mentor peers, design and implement robust React/TypeScript solutions, and collaborate with Product Managers to align technical strategy with business goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial experience with React and TypeScript frontend development.
• Strong experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs.
• Solid experience developing backend APIs using .NET and C#.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring other developers.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to design and develop innovative software solutions.
• Build scalable products that reduce dependency on legacy systems and support future growth.
• Anticipate changing business requirements and technology trends to create flexible, future-ready solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert within your technical domain.
• Write clean, maintainable, high-quality code using modern software engineering best practices.
• Apply SOLID principles, design patterns, object-orientated programming concepts, and quality engineering standards.
• Implement robust testing approaches including unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing where applicable.
• Communicate risks, dependencies, and project updates clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
