Job summary

RPO Recruitment is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with proven experience in residential developments to lead cost management on projects in Bellville, Cape Town. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, with at least 8 years' experience in residential environments.

Proficiency in CCS Candy, Dimension X and the MS Office Suite is essential; experience with Xero Accounting Software and Smartsheet is advantageous, and strong attention to detail and communication are

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying
Minimum 8 years’ experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on residential developments
Proficiency in CCS Candy is essential
Sound knowledge of Dimension X
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with Xero Accounting Software and Smartsheet will be advantageous
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

Lead cost management on residential development projects in Bellville, Cape Town.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure cost control and value engineering.
