Job description

Applicants must have the following requirements:

Must have a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree or a Bachelor of Technology in Quantity Surveying.
Must be registered with SACQSP as a Professional Quantity Surveyor.
Must have 10+ years of post-professional registration experience in quantity surveying.
Must have experience across building, construction and engineering projects.
Must have experience working for professional consulting firms specialising in quantity surveying or construction cost management.
Must be proficient in QsPlus, WinQS, and Dimension X Software.
Must have experience managing projects with a minimum value of R50 million.
Must have strong knowledge of JBCC, NEC, and FIDIC contracts.
Must have strong knowledge of construction processes (building and engineering).
Must have a valid driver's license.
