Job description

To develop and promote, in partnership with the commercial team, adherence to the firm's integrity framework, including its Technical Stewardship Plan and corporate Management and Knowledge System, supporting the firm's mission.

Responsibilities :
  1. Provide the customer with project activity, time, resource consumption reports, and pricing information.
  2. Ensure all subcontractor and supplier invoices are paid in compliance with contractual, business, and statutory requirements.
  3. Assist in calculating the most cost-effective and operationally efficient methods of construction, ensuring the construction team is well-informed about best practices.
  4. At project completion, ensure the customer receives all required warranty, guarantee, and instruction documentation on time.
  5. Negotiate and mediate contractual disputes with stakeholders promptly.
  6. Work collaboratively with and support the team.
  7. Deliver accurate, high-quality, and timely work to the organization and its clients consistently.
Qualifications and Experience :
  1. A 3-year University of Technology Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
  2. Proficiency in MS Office and Quantity Surveying Software Packages.
  3. At least 10 years of technical and practical QS experience in Mining, Minerals, Infrastructure, or Chemical sectors.
