Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development of test strategies that encompass both manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Expand unit test coverage and implement test-driven development practices.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of complex test environments, particularly in cloud settings.
• Drive the testing process, including non-functional testing aspects such as performance at a certification level, and comprehensive security testing.
• Monitor systems, identify security vulnerabilities, and ensure the creation of secure and reliable testing frameworks.
• Participation and contribution to the Inspired Testing Community of Practice.
• Continuous improvement and contribution to theInspired Testing standards.

Skills and Competencies :

• Expert-level understanding of test automation scripting and maintenance.
• Advanced knowledge in performance testing, capable of scripting and maintaining performance test suites, identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks.
• Profound expertise in security testing, able to conduct sophisticated SAST and DAST analyses.
• Mastery of cloud concepts, capable of leading initiatives for containerisation and test environment creation.
