Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join its fully remote team. You will design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for complex software applications, collaborating with product managers and developers to ensure quality across SDLC.

You will mentor junior QA analysts, lead testing efforts, and contribute to test automation using Selenium, Cypress, and Postman, while delivering robust, scalable software solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Proven experience in leading QA initiatives and mentoring team members.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and various testing types.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly.

Responsibilities
