Job summary

The ideal candidate has a National Diploma in Quality Assurance or related field and at least 4 years in QC within manufacturing, with strong attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a quality control role within manufacturing.
• Experience using quality testing instruments and QC instruments.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine QC tests on raw materials, in-process samples and finished goods.
• Operate and maintain lab instruments and testing equipment.
• Document results accurately and maintain QC records.
• Identify deviations and support corrective actions with the Quality Manager.
