Job summary

Qualifications

• National Diploma in Property Valuation or related field at NQF Level 6.
• Registration as Professional Associated Valuer or Professional Valuer with SACPVP.
• 3-5 years' experience in a property valuation environment.

Responsibilities

• Compile the valuation roll for MPRAA implementation.
• Communicate, train and develop valuation personnel to comply with legislation.
• Advise on strategic capability and leadership to meet divisional goals.
• Perform operational processes to meet deadlines and standards.
• Ensure governance and risk management to comply with legislation.
• Perform financial processes in line with MFMA requirements.
• Provide customer service orientation to promote client satisfaction.

Education

National Diploma in Property Valuation / Real Estate / Property Studies or relevant equivalent NQF Level 6 qualification
