- Source potential clients
- Employ proactive prospecting methods: build a strong network through ongoing partnerships and relationship building
- Use measurable reactive methods such as:
Referral campaigns, personal marketing (shows, expos, mall campaigns), email campaigns, corporate presentations, networking, call duties, social activities, SAPTG letters, flyers, open house days.
- Identify needs:
- Ask open-ended questions to understand the primary financial and emotional needs of potential clients and actively listen to their responses.
- Pre-qualify clients by understanding their background and linking it to the credit matrix.
- Identify financial challenges faced by the client and their impact.
- If a client does not qualify, keep their details for future follow-up.
- Match relevant product packages to identified needs.
- Use extensive product knowledge to present features and benefits that meet client needs and solve problems.
- Explain the application process clearly.
- Apply correct credit criteria during assessment.
- Draft explanations for any abnormalities in applications.
- Explain the LOA (Final Grant) and close the deal.
- Clarify important figures, conditions, and terminology in the LOA.
- Summarize benefits related to the client's needs and ask for the business to close.
- Maintain customer contact and follow-up post-deal.
- Update clients at every step after the deal is concluded.
- Answer client questions accurately and clearly.
- Keep in contact even after LOA signing.
- Obtain referrals upon LOA signing.
- Ensure application capture and proper filing, including supporting documents for branch administration.

Minimum Experience :
- At least 2 years proven sales track record with measurable achievements
- Experience in proactive prospecting in a high-pressure environment
- Strong administrative skills
Preferred Experience :
- 3 years sales experience, preferably in home loans
- Confident, resilient, persistent, self-reliant, energetic, professional, respectful (cross-cultural), service-oriented, accountable, good time management, outgoing, skilled in prospecting, needs identification, networking, relationship-building, verbal communication, negotiating, and credit analysis.
