Formación

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in property and casualty claims adjusting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate, evaluate, and settle property and casualty claims from inception to settlement.
• Conduct on-site inspections and document damages with evidence collection.
• Determine liability and coverage in line with policy terms and SA regulations.
• Negotiate settlements with policyholders, claimants, and legal representatives.
• Manage a caseload of complex and high-value claims, meeting deadlines.
• Communicate clearly with all parties on policy coverage and claim status.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for resolution.
• Mentor junior adjusters and share best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with underwriting and legal for seamless processing.
