Requirements:

• Background in Information Technology, Informatics, BCom Degree, Diploma in Project Management or Business Management, or relevant RPL
• Project Management certification (Agile Project Management, Scrum Master, DSDM, Prince2, etc.)
• 7-10 years of project management experience, with a strong record of leading and completing projects
• Ability to clearly convey complex information to stakeholders
• Knowledge of Project Management lifecycle, from conception to close-out
• Experience with Agile methodology

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end project deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and value delivery across multiple departments
• Project Planning: Develop clear, comprehensive project plans, including objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Drive Progress: Ensure timely achievement of milestones and proactively manage changes
• Financial Performance: Implement strategies to optimize asset utilization, reduce liabilities, and improve financial outcomes
• Change Management: Design and execute change management strategies to support project goals and drive process adoption
