Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex water resource projects (infrastructure, conservation, supply chain).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex water resource projects , including infrastructure, conservation, and supply chain optimization.
• Develop detailed project plans, encompassing scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and comprehensive risk management frameworks.
• Manage and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration among engineers, environmental scientists, technicians, and external consultants.
• Ensure strict adherence to all environmental regulations, water usage policies, and construction safety standards .
• Oversee procurement processes, manage contracts, and negotiate with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide clear, concise reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project management , with at least 5 years specifically dedicated to water resource management, civil engineering, or environmental projects.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects related to water supply, dam construction, or irrigation systems.
• Deep understanding of hydrological principles, water conservation techniques, and relevant environmental legislation.
• Experience with GIS, hydrological modeling software, and advanced project management tools.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Professional registration (e.g., Pr. Eng, PMP) is highly desirable.
