Job summary

BES Ltd is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead construction and pharmaceutical facility projects across the North West. You will oversee design teams, coordinate engineers and subcontractors, manage procurement and programme delivery, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

This hybrid role demands a strong on-site presence, with flexibility to meet client needs on fast-moving projects. A relevant HNC and hands-on construction experience are essential.

Qualifications

• HNC qualification in Building Services, Building Studies or related discipline.
• Experience managing turnkey construction, HVAC, mechanical and electrical projects.
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations, health and safety statutes, and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of projects from design through handover.
• Coordinate designers, engineers, subcontractors and project teams to produce documentation on time and within budget.
• Chair design reviews and manage procurement, programme delivery and risk assessments.
• Monitor progress, report to clients and senior management, ensure safety and compliance.
