Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a multi-year, multi-workstream programme focused on expanding TFG’s QR and local manufacturing capabilities.
- Work cross-functionally with key internal and external stakeholders to drive implementation of strategic manufacturing initiatives—covering technology, process, people, and product.
- Establish and manage the programme’s governance framework, scope, schedule, and integrated delivery roadmap.
- Oversee and coordinate initiatives such as:
- Expansion of denim lab capabilities (e.g., washing and finishing facilities).
- Integration of QR principles across more brands and categories.
- Infrastructure scaling for local manufacturing, especially in menswear and value segments.
- Implement change management and communication strategies to embed QR mindsets and practices across TFG.
- Track and report progress against clearly defined KPIs, including benefits realization and gross margin improvement.
- Collaborate closely with finance and commercial teams to ensure visibility of cost drivers, ROI tracking, and value delivered.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Head of Strategy Planning and Execution, providing regular updates, risk assessments, and decision-making support.
Qualifications and Experience
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or similar.
- Formal Programme or Project Management certification (e.g., PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
- 10+ years’ experience, including:
- At least 5 years leading large-scale, cross-functional programmes, ideally in retail, apparel, or manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of Quick Response, local manufacturing models, apparel supply chains, or production optimization.
- Exposure to retail strategy, operations, or margin improvement initiatives is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in change management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership.
- Experience in managing programme budgets, risks, dependencies, and communications.
- Ability to deliver measurable business outcomes.
