We’re now on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of our Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. This is a hands-on leadership role with real ownership: from project planning and sprint leadership to resourcing and stakeholder management, you’ll guide our projects from kick-off through to successful closure.

Responsibilities will include

You’ll be responsible for the full project lifecycle — keeping work aligned with scope, timeframes, budget, and impact.

• Ownership & Accountability – Own your projects from end to end, setting the tone for transparency, quality, and results across the board.
• Project Leadership – Inspire and guide cross-functional delivery teams to hit milestones and stay commercially aligned.
• Customer Relationship Management – Be the first point of escalation, resolve issues with empathy and diplomacy, and maintain strong trust-based client relationships.
• Effective Sprint Planning – Lead backlog prioritisation and sprint planning that’s both realistic and value-focused.
• Stakeholder Management – Engage internal and external stakeholders with confidence, challenge where needed, and minimise blockers.
• Clear Communication – Keep everyone in the loop with proactive updates on project status, risks, blockers, and wins.
• Project Planning – Build detailed project plans, manage risk, and ensure resources and budgets are on track.
• Vendor Oversight – Manage third-party vendors and consultants to ensure quality and alignment.
• Quality & Risk Management – Embed robust QA processes and mitigate risks early with contingency planning.
• Project Documentation – Create and maintain essential artefacts like plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.

You’ll work across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies, choosing the best approach for the project and client.

What we’re looking for

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re someone who enjoys both strategy and detail, and who leads with clarity and accountability.

• An experienced Project Manager from a consulting or customer-facing environment.
• Confident juggling multiple projects while staying organised and focused.
• Proficient with JIRA, Slack, Google Workspace, Docusign (or similar tools).
• Fluent in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches — and know when to use which.
• A clear, transparent communicator with a growth mindset.
• Someone who takes full ownership of outcomes and moves work forward with purpose.
• Comfortable handling difficult conversations around change requests and scope.
• A strong team leader who delegates clearly and sets high standards.
• Always focused on delivering value and measurable outcomes for customers.
• Commercially aware — you understand that we only do paid work, and that sign-off matters.
• Experienced in delivering software projects — ideally with Salesforce.
• Salesforce certification is a bonus.
