This position will be responsible to manage and lead the project team including internal partners, subcontractors, consortium partner if applicable, as well as external interfaces.This is where you'll excelSupervise the final negotiations for the allocated project and provides the execution strategy.Ensures that the project schedule baseline is signed by the involved parties at the start of the project.Manage and lead the project team in order to achieve and further improve the cost, schedule, quality and EHS targets.Perform proper risk and opportunity management.Ensure proper deviation management within the project.Assess, approve and expedite technical aspects of change orders and define effective claim strategies towards clients, partners, subcontractors, etc.Prepare and perform Project Reviews as requested, report according Bühler Project Management process.Responsible for the site briefing meeting; Ensures that all site relevant documents are handed over to site personnel.Liaise with the Project Management Office to establish, implement and maintain operating standards to ensure quality project results and customer satisfaction.Develop and maintain corresponding relationships with clients, partners and main subcontractors to ensure smooth operation of projects and smooth dispute resolution.
