They are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solar Project Manager to join their team and lead the successful execution of their expanding portfolio of solar projects.

As their Solar Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of solar projects, from initial planning and design to construction, commissioning, and handover. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while adhering to all safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and minimizing disruptions.
• Quality Control & Safety: Implement and enforce rigorous quality control and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Contract Management: Manage contracts with contractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions.
• Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Commissioning & Handover: Oversee the commissioning process, ensuring successful system integration and handover to clients.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or Project Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in solar project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems, including design, installation, and commissioning.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, and Primavera).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of the relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
