SUMMARY : Role Overview :
- We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead an HFM Upgrade Project . The ideal candidate should have recent experience working with the company(within the past 5 years), and a proven track record of successfully delivering Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) projects. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and technical understanding of financial consolidation systems

Key Responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end delivery of the HFM upgrade project, from initiation to post-implementation supportDevelop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocationsCoordinate cross-functional teams, including , IT, vendors, and external consultantsEnsure alignment with the company's governance, compliance, and reporting standardsManage risks, issues, and dependencies proactivelyProvide regular updates to senior stakeholders and executive sponsorsEnsure quality assurance and testing protocols are followedDrive change management and user adoption strategiesRequired Experience :
Minimum 8–10 years of project management experience in large-scale IT or finance projectsMust have worked with the company in the past 5 years in a project management capacityProven experience leading HFM projects (upgrades, implementations, or migrations).Experience working in financial services or sectors is highly advantageousFamiliarity with Oracle EPM suite and integration with other financial systemsTechnical Skills :
Strong understanding of Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) architecture and functionalityKnowledge of financial consolidation and reporting processesExperience with project scope related to Smart View, FDMEE, or other Oracle EPM tools that interact with HFMKnowledge of cloud migrationProficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Fluid)Understanding of data migration , system integration , and UAT processesExperience with Waterfall and Agile methodologiesSoft Skills :
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong leadership and team coordination abilitiesHigh attention to detail and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent negotiation and conflict resolution skillsComfortable presenting to executive leadership and steering committeesQualifications :
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance , Information Systems , Business Administration , or a related field is advantageousPMP or PRINCE2 certification preferredOracle HFM or EPM-related certifications are advantageous
