The role involves managing multiple cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and driving successful project outcomes within scope, time, and budget constraints.**What you’ll be doing**As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:**Project Management*** Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale Agile projects across various teams and stakeholders.* Develop and maintain project charters, roadmaps, and schedules to ensure timely delivery of objectives.* Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively managing dependencies.**Financial Acumen*** Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment with financial objectives.* Track and report on project costs, variances, and financial performance metrics.**Team Leadership*** Coach and mentor team members in Agile best practices, ensuring continuous improvement in delivery processes.* Support cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and remove blockers to success.* Act as a servant leader, empowering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.**Stakeholder Management*** Communicate progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership and key stakeholders.* Work closely with Product Managers to refine backlogs, prioritise work, and ensure alignment with business objectives.* Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, build consensus, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.**Continuous Improvement*** Analyse project performance and leverage data-driven insights to improve Agile delivery.* Drive initiatives for organisational Agile transformation and champion process optimisation.* Stay updated with emerging trends in Agile methodologies and project management tools.This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities.
