• Senior Project Manager with 7+ years experience.
• 3+ years in people leadership of medium to large teams.
• 3+ years in an Agile or SAFe environment.
• Familiarity with traditional and Agile project management tools and frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to operate under pressure.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Maintain relevant and updated business case ROI, forecast and track benefits, and align epic delivery with company OKRs.
• Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and motivation to achieve epics and outcomes.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, managing their expectations.
• Manage project budgets, forecast accurately, track expenses, and utilize resources effectively.
• Identify potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Prepare reports and documentation for meetings and stakeholders.
• Manage project dependencies and inter-dependencies.
• Evaluate and enhance project effectiveness.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and energetic Agile Senior Project Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Project Management methodologies such as Prince2 or PMBOK, with core skills centered on traditional Project Management complemented by Agile or SAFe experience.

This role involves managing multiple projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints. It is accountable for delivering results through various teams, coordinating activities to ensure successful project delivery and deployment.
