Duties & Responsibilities

• BEng, BSc Eng, or BTech in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years' experience in utility-scale solar PV projects
• Experience with EPC and Owner’s Engineer interfaces
• Track record in design review, RFP technical package development, and contractor evaluations
• Knowledge of grid integration, SCADA, protection systems, and substation design
• Familiarity with IEC, IEEE standards, and local NERSA/grid compliance
• Experience managing FIDIC-based contracts, O&M agreements, PPA technical appendices
• Stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical, legal, and commercial domains
