Job description

Our Client, a leading and established financial services organisation is seeking the services of a Senior Project Co-Ordinator. This is a contract role and is for a period of 6 months.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 and Agile or Project Management certifications
  • Proven experience in structured project coordination, including maintaining accurate project logs, trackers, and risk registers with a high standard of accuracy (=95% weekly updates).
  • Demonstrated ability to support project managers through timely scheduling, documentation, and issue resolution, with a consistent record of on-time task completion.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination skills, including the ability to organise and document meetings and track action items with full accountability and follow-through.
  • Proficiency in financial tracking and reporting, including updating programme budgets, managing cost centres, validating invoices, and preparing reports such as PPO and MIS.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise systems, especially SAP for procurement entries and financial processing.
  • Understanding of governance standards and audit readiness, including experience in maintaining compliance through documentation, audit item tracking, and use of standard templates.
  • Experience in supporting process improvements and tool adoption, with a demonstrated ability to contribute to reviews, monitor tool usage (e.g., Jira), and drive adoption compliance
