Placements24 seeks a seasoned Senior Building Design Consultant to lead complex design initiatives from its Vereeniging office. You will guide project teams, advise clients on design feasibility, and ensure architectural and engineering integration meets high standards.

With 10+ years in building design and leadership, you will manage diverse typologies, oversee technical reports, and drive regulatory compliance and sustainability across projects.

Qualifications

• Professional registration as an Architect or Professional Engineer with a SA body.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in building design and project leadership.
• Experience across commercial, industrial, and residential typologies.
• Knowledge of building codes, SANS standards, and environmental regulations.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
