Job summary

Hutech Head Office is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong engineering/high tech/defence background. The role requires oversight of complex programs from inception through delivery, ensuring lifecycle management, cost control, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead multiple projects, coordinate with Business Units, manage supplier contracts, and enforce quality and Arms Control standards across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in a relevant engineering/high tech/defence industry.
• Minimum 5 years in a Project Management role.
• Experience across the project life cycle.
• Exposure to military development environment is advantageous.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently (≥8 years).
• Ensure Arms Control and Quality Assurance compliance throughout projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the contract in terms of the agreed Deliverables and related conditions.
• Develop and implement tailored project execution plans with Business Units and Departments.
• Contribute to budgeting processes and operate within the approved budget.
• Contribute to Bid / Tender processes.
• Drive continuous cost reduction on the technical components of programs.
• Communicate and manage financial targets with all Departments for customer deliverables within budget.
• Manage supplier contracts/orders and progress, reporting monthly.
• Oversee project budget, cash flow, profitability, and cost to completion with monthly reports.
• Ensure PMs fulfill responsibilities and coordinate resources to execute the plan.
• Ensure configuration control across the project lifecycle.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance throughout the project.
