Samaha Consulting is looking for a strategic Senior Program Manager / Director to drive IT transformation initiatives across various business units. With a strong consulting background and experience working with executive management, you will lead large-scale projects that align with organizational goals. About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager / Director with a strong consulting background to lead complex IT program implementations across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience managing large-scale projects and working directly with C-suite stakeholders including the CFO, CIO, and other executive leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of IT transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving discussions around business objectives, ROI, and program impact.
* Coordinate across cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
* Facilitate executive-level steering committee meetings and status updates.
* Identify, mitigate, and manage program risks and dependencies.
* Develop and manage program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
* Translate business strategy into actionable project plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
* Ensure change management strategies are integrated to support adoption and business readiness.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 10+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years in a program management - Associate Director level in the Consulting Industry .
*Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
* Proven experience in IT project/program delivery, preferably in ERP, cloud transformation, digital enablement, or enterprise applications.
* Background in a top-tier consulting firm or a similar client-facing advisory role is highly preferred.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of working directly with CXOs and senior executives.
* Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with industry-standard project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, Prince2).
