Join NICE Actimize as an experienced Technical Consultant in Johannesburg, and be part of a talented, creative, and dedicated team delivering innovative solutions globally.

About the role

This implementation role involves the full suite of NICE Actimize products, including installation, customization, configuration, and client support. You will:

1. Drive product installation, customization, and configuration.
2. Explain product functionalities to business users.
3. Coach clients on data requirements and assist with ETL development and data validation.
4. Support testing, UAT, and product acceptance phases.
5. Act as a liaison between clients, IT, and R&D teams worldwide.
6. Occasionally work on-site with clients, primarily in South Africa, with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Experience with database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Degree-level education.
• Strong SQL skills and technical analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency with Windows, UNIX, or LINUX.
• Excellent communication and client-facing experience, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• Knowledge of Actimize technology and AML solutions is essential.

Desirable Skills

• Software coding experience.
• Experience with ETL platforms like Informatica or DataStage.
• Web services, web application server configuration.
• Experience in financial services software implementation.
• Knowledge of broker/dealer surveillance, anti-money laundering, risk management, or anti-fraud.
