Senior Professional Nurse

Our client, a highly regarded private hospital, is seeking to employ a dynamic and energetic Senior Professional Nurse.

The aim of this position is to ensure a safe, positive patient experience by supporting the unit manager in the coordination of patient care and management of the unit.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Deliver quality nursing care in collaboration with a multi-professional team.
  2. Identify, prevent, and manage risks to ensure patient safety.
  3. Facilitate a positive patient experience by creating a conducive environment.
  4. Provide accurate and comprehensive records of all nursing interventions.
  5. Create a learning environment that builds staff competence.
  6. Ensure that all utilized stock and equipment are accurately charged.
Job Requirements
  • Degree / Diploma in General Nursing.
  • Midwifery.
  • Postgraduate certificate / diploma in specialty area.
  • 3 years post-qualification experience.
