The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in a manufacturing supervision role, a relevant degree (Master's preferred), and expertise in Lean/Six Sigma, production planning, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff on the manufacturing floor.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Implement and oversee continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Manage staff performance, including training, development, and disciplinary actions.

• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
