Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in production engineering in Oil & Gas, focused on optimization.
• Expertise in artificial lift systems and production system analysis.
• Experience with production simulation software PROSPER, PIPESIM, OLGA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote teamwork.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Travel to operational sites occasionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform wellbore performance analysis and troubleshoot production issues.
• Utilize production simulation software to model and optimize flow assurance and surface facilities.
• Evaluate and recommend interventions such as workovers, stimulation, and facility upgrades.
• Collaborate with reservoir engineers, geologists, and operations teams to develop integrated production plans.
• Monitor production KPIs and report on performance trends and optimization project outcomes.
• Develop and implement best practices for production operations and process safety.
• Stay current with advancements in production technology and methodologies.
• Mentor junior production engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the technical community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in production engineering within the Oil & Gas industry, with a strong focus on optimization.
• Demonstrated expertise in artificial lift systems and production system analysis.
• Proficiency with production simulation software (e.g., PROSPER, PIPESIM, OLGA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a remote team environment.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with process simulation and facility design is a plus.
• Ability to travel occasionally to operational sites as needed.
