Job summary

The successful candidate will ensure peak plant performance, coordinate production planning across departments, and uphold regulatory compliance while optimizing costs.

Qualifications

• 5 to 15 years of manufacturing experience
• Proven leadership ability in a production environment
• Strong understanding of production planning, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and team management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production operations
• Lead and motivate the operations/production team
• Drive performance and ensure quality and food safety standards
• Ensure the plant operates at peak efficiency
• Coordinate production planning and cross-departmental activities
• Implement and oversee SOP governance
• Report on production metrics and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure regulatory compliance and cost efficiency
