Our client, a global multi-award-winning Film, TV, Video & Audio Visual Production company, is seeking a Senior Production Manager - Sandton.

With a reputation for producing high-end content across the corporate, television, and event sectors, we require an individual who thrives under pressure and leads with confidence.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Client Liaison and Relationship Management
2. Interpretation and execution of client briefs
3. Drafting professional call sheets
4. Sourcing and securing quotes from suppliers
5. Crew, equipment, travel, venues, and catering arrangements
6. Management of complex production scheduling
7. Leadership and motivation of a production team
8. Overseeing post-production coordination
9. Managing production budgets and cost controls

Experience & Requirements:

1. 7-10 years of production experience across multiple genres
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines
4. Strong leadership and team management skills
5. Proficient computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, production tools)
6. Exceptional attention to detail
7. A committed, hardworking attitude with a passion for the industry

Salary: R35,000 – R45,000
