You will oversee scoping, pre-production, production, post-production and final delivery, while applying AI-enabled workflows to improve speed and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of production experience across film, content and integrated campaigns.
• Proven experience as a senior producer on complex, multi-channel projects.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent productions from brief to delivery.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, estimates, reconciliations and margins.
• Deep understanding of content production, post-production, rights management and emerging tech.
• Excellent client service, negotiation, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production of film, content, social, digital and integrated campaigns.
• Own scoping, pre-production, production, post-production, QA and delivery.
• Translate concepts into practical production plans, schedules and estimates.
• Apply and improve production workflows, governance and vendor processes.
• Collaborate with Creative, Strategy and Client Leadership to maximize impact.
• Source and manage production partners and ensure procurement and legal compliance.
