Qualifications

• 8+ years of production experience in agency environments.
• Senior producer on complex multi-channel projects.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing substantial production budgets and margins.
• Excellent client service, negotiation, communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of film, content and integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
• Oversee pre-production, production, post-production and delivery to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Drive production processes, governance and workflows across global projects.
• Champion innovative production methods, tools and AI-enabled workflows.
• Partner with Creative, Strategy and Client Leadership to shape production solutions.
• Manage budgets, scoping, forecasting and procurement with strong vendor relationships.
