ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Senior Production Manager, you will be responsible for:
-Client Liaison and Relationship Management
-Interpreting and executing detailed client briefs
-Drafting professional call sheets
-Sourcing, negotiating, and securing quotes from suppliers -Booking crew, equipment, travel, venues, and catering
-Overseeing complex production scheduling
-Managing and motivating a production team
-Overseeing post-production coordination
-Handling production budgets and cost controls

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:
-We’re looking for someone with: 7–10 years’ experience in production across multiple genres: Reality, Multi-Cam Productions, Events, Corporate & TVCs
-A natural people person with excellent communication and conversational skills
-A proven track record of juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines
-Strong leadership and team management skills
-Proficient computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, production tools)
-Meticulous attention to detail with high standards for quality control
-A committed, hardworking attitude and a passion for the industry
-A drive to create magic and grow with a company that’s always pushing boundaries
