• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

• Design, implement, and manage artificial lift systems (e.g., ESPs, rod pumps, gas lift).

Requirements

• Strong understanding of wellbore flow, production facility operations, and surface systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in production engineering software and data analysis tools.
• Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Experience in the Northern Cape region is a plus.
• Must be able to fulfill hybrid work requirements at the Upington office.
