SENIOR PRODUCTION ADVISOR

The Production Advisor specializes in seed production techniques, ensuring the quality, quantity, and efficiency of the seed production processes. This position plays a critical role in the seed yield quantities and quality produced by each Grower in the assigned area of responsibility and ultimately delivered / exported to Clients.

POSITION INFO : RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Field preparation
• Seed lot productions
• Irrigation
• Harvesting and Storage
• Execute trials on farms
• Seed Processing and Storage

REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc / M.Sc (Agronomy and Soil Science) or equivalent
• The ability to critically analyse information, and identify potential problem areas
• Detail and Quality Orientation
• Risk and compliance orientation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
