The Senior Product Manager will lead product initiatives and connect product work to company strategy. Define long-term product vision, influence leadership, and ensure strategic alignment across squads and tribes. Model product craft and share best practices with Associates and PMs while driving adoption, growth, and retention at scale.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• 5+ years of proven product management experience in digital environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or related experience.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and commercial teams.
• Expert with tools such as Jira, Miro, Figma, Confluence, Lucidchart or equivalent.
• Advantageous: Background in healthcare, financial services, or retail industries.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

• Define long-term product vision so that initiatives are aligned with company strategy.
• Develop multi-quarter product roadmaps so that squads can plan and deliver against strategic goals.
• Evaluate competitive landscape and trends so that differentiation opportunities are identified.
• Lead discovery efforts so that product direction is based on validated customer needs.
• Design structured experiments so that growth, retention, or adoption hypotheses are tested rigorously.
• Synthesize insights from data, research, and stakeholders so that product strategy balances multiple perspectives.
• Own adoption, retention, and product outcomes for a defined product area so that business goals are achieved.
• Evaluate ROI for initiatives within the product area so that investment is justified.
• Monitor health metrics so that product sustainability is maintained.
