We are seeking an experienced Product Manager for our Customer Experience and Analytics product teams to deliver solutions that will take NOA to the next level across these domains.
Responsibilities
- Work as a product manager for the Customer Experience and Analytics product teams, delivering solutions that advance NOA’s goals.
- Collaborate closely with product designers, engineers and other stakeholders to define, prioritise, and ship products that are valuable, viable, usable, and feasible.
- Contribute deep knowledge of constraints from marketing, sales, operations, portfolio, trading, finance, legal and other business units.
- Apply data analytics and industry trend monitoring to inform product decisions.
- Champion consistent innovation, ownership of results, and end‑to‑end delivery progress.
- Communicate insights and decisions to executives and other stakeholders through data‑driven narratives.
Requirements & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
- 5+ years working on technology‑powered products in a product‑manager or equivalent role.
- Ability to learn new functional areas and technical domains; e.g., engineering, design, finance, sales, marketing, renewable energy, electricity wheeling, energy demand.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, risk assessment, and structured, data‑informed written communication.
- Analytical skills and ability to work with technical and commercial data.
- Proven collaboration with engineers, designers, and company leaders.
