Senior Producer (Multi-Cam, Events, Corporate, Tvcs, Reality Shows)

We are looking for a Senior Producer in the Multi-Cam, Events, Corporate, TVCs, and Reality Shows sector - Sandton. Our client is a globally recognized film, TV, video and audio-visual production company based in Sandton, Johannesburg.

We are currently seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Senior Producer to join our client's dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Acting as the primary Client Liaison
2. Interpreting client briefs and translating them into actionable plans
3. Leading and managing production teams across multiple simultaneous projects
4. Coordinating all aspects of production including crew, equipment, travel, and logistics
5. Overseeing post-production processes
6. Managing production budgets and financial tracking
7. Conducting production meetings, client status meetings, and contractor briefings

Experience & Requirements:

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in the production industry
2. Prior full-time production experience essential
3. Strong leadership and team management skills
4. Excellent communication, multitasking abilities, and high attention to detail
5. Familiarity with production software/tools and AI

Salary:

R50,000 – R65,000 Gross per month, depending on experience and skills.
