Qualifications

• 5-7 years progressive procurement experience.
• Strong negotiation and contract management track record.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals in Soweto.
• Lead supplier negotiations for favorable terms and SLAs.
• Analyze market trends and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Manage end-to-end procurement: sourcing, tendering, contracts, and performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs.
• Maintain records of POs, contracts, and supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Identify cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities.
• Mentor junior procurement staff.
