Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• MSc or equivalent qualification in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in mineral processing operations management, preferably within **South Africa**.
• In-depth knowledge of various mineral processing techniques relevant to the ore body.
• Proven experience in leading and managing large operational teams.
• Strong understanding of process control, optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with metallurgical accounting and reporting systems.
• Professional registration with a relevant body (e.g., SAIMM) is an advantage.
